The common bond defines the area the credit union can operate it is the factor that unites members together that is people who are working or living in the area.

What is the Common Bond?

The common bond ensures that the savings from the members in our community are available to other members as loans. You are eligible for membership with Enfield Credit Union if you live in our common bond which centers the town of Enfield and surrounding areas such as: Longwood, Clonard, Summerhill and Rathmolyon. If you are unsure if your address or workplace is within our common bond, just give us a call on 046 9541296 and we can check this for you.
