  1. Photo ID - Passport or Drivers Licence
  2. Proof of PPS number - Payslip, P60, revenue documentation (please note we cannot accept the Public Service Card as proof of your ppsn)
  3. Proof of Address - Utility Bill or Bank Statement (no more than 6 months old)
