We are delighted to announce the launch of our new flexible mortgage product. Designed with our Members' interests in mind and to offer choice. Created in partnership with Credit Union Mortgage Services DAC, we believe our mortgage offering will appeal to our Members.

The minimum mortgage amount is €40,000, and the maximum is €350,000. Terms & Conditions apply.

The mortgage must be for a Principal Private Residence (Family Home) only.

We do not provide mortgages for investment/rental properties.

Maximum mortgage term is 35 years, however mortgage term cannot exceed member’s 70th Birthday.

You must be able to demonstrate repayment capacity.

Mortgage Protection life assurance and home insurance will be required.

Please note supporting documentation will be required for your application.

A limit of 4 times your gross annual income applies to applications for a mortgage for a Principal Private Residence (Family Home) if you are a first-time buyer, otherwise it is 3.5 times.

Maximum LTV ratio is 90% , therefore minimum deposit of 10% of the property purchase price is required. Member must also have enough funds to cover Stamp Duty & Solicitor’s Fees.

For a joint application, at least one applicant must be permanently employed and have passed the required probation period, or be self-employed for a minimum of 3 years.

For this example, Annual Percentage Rate of Charge (APRC) of 3.92% applies and consists of variable borrowing rate of 3.85%. It does not include valuation fees, legal fees, or other third-party charges that may apply.

To ensure a smooth application process, we’ll ask for:

  • 3 most recent payslips (monthly) 12 weekly or 6 Bi Weekly
  • Proof of any other household income
  • Bank statements for the past 6 months
  • Statements for any loans or fiance agreements for the last 6 months
